Terms and Conditions
By submitting an order or deposit, you agree to be bound by these terms. No work will begin until payment is received.
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for proofing all artwork, including spelling, grammar, layout, and contact information.
Final Approval: If a proof is requested production begins only after written or digital approval of the final proof. Once approved, the order is final, and no changes or refunds are permitted.
File Quality: We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution files or files that do not meet our technical specifications.
Color Matching & Quality Standards
Color Variance: Because of differences in monitor calibrations and the nature of the printing process (e.g., CMYK vs. RGB), final print colors may vary from digital proofs. Such variations are considered acceptable performance.
Trimming & Finishing: A variation of up to 1/16-inch in trimming or folding is standard and does not constitute a defect.
Copyright & Indemnification
You represent and warrant that you own or have permission for all artwork provided. You agree to indemnify and hold Comic Impressions harmless from any claims of copyright infringement, defamation, or trademark violations arising from the production of your order.
Payment Terms: Full payment is generally required upfront or before shipping. Overdue invoices may accrue interest (e.g., 1.5% – 2% per month).
Refund Policy: Due to the customized nature of printed goods, all sales are final once production begins. NO Refunds on customs orders.
Turnaround times are estimates and begin only after final proof approval and payment receipt. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx) or acts of God.
