Shipping Policy and Terms

Shipping Address:

Comic Impressions is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate shipping addresses provided by customers. Orders that need to be reshipped, redelivered, or rerouted due to an incorrect or inaccurate shipping address supplied by the customer will result in additional charges.

Delivery of Large and Heavy Orders:

Many of the orders shipped by Comic Impressions are very large and heavy. Therefore, the delivery driver may, at their discretion, decline to leave the packages unattended at your address. We urge you to consider using a shipping address where someone is available to accept the delivery during normal business hours. Most carriers will make multiple attempts to deliver the shipment before returning it to us. If a shipment is returned to us due to the maximum delivery attempts being exceeded, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the order, plus any re-delivery fees.

Orders exceeding seven boxes, Comic Impressions recommends shipping by freight.

Freight Dock Pick-Up- This is having a pallet shipped to a Freight hub location with you picking the boxes up from there. This is usually the least expensive way to ship (7) or more boxes. We try to find a hub as close as possible to your address. The pallet may be opened to load boxes only.

Freight Home Delivery – This is a freight truck coming to your home and dropping the pallet on your driveway, parking lot, or sidewalk where you live. This option is more expensive due to lift-gate and residential delivery fees.

Comic Impressions works with the client to ensure the best shipping option for each project.

Damaged Items Due to Shipping:

If items arrive damaged due to shipping, please contact Comic Impressions as soon as possible. Comic Impressions may require you to assist in providing documentation of damaged goods in order to file applicable claims with our carriers. Example: Pictures of all unopened (full view) boxes and/or pallet along with individual interior/exterior and any damaged content. If possible, please note with driver and/or Hub location. Pictures are a requirement for all damaged product/material. Damages MUST be reported as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receiving the order to expedite the resolution process.

Shipping Liability:

Comic Impressions does not guarantee delivery dates on any orders. The delivery window given to you is an estimate only, and orders may arrive before, within, or after those dates. Orders may be subject to delay due to a variety of reasons, including but not limited to weather, labor fluctuations, market conditions, and government inspections or delays.

Shipping Methods:

We ship via UPS for orders under 7 boxes and a variety of LTL Freight carriers for large orders and distributors. Proofs and samples will generally ship USPS Priority Mail.

Loss of Items by UPS:

If UPS or Freight carrier loses items, Comic Impressions will assist in filing a claim. However, a reprint will only be issued once UPS or Freight carrier a has confirmed the loss and compensated us for the shipping.

Shipping Rate Inaccuracies and Errors

Right to Correct: We strive for accuracy, but technical errors may occasionally result in incorrect shipping rates being displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, even after an order has been submitted

If the actual shipping cost is significantly higher than the amount charged at checkout due to an error and/or the order has more than SIX boxes. We will notify you before shipping to discuss our best option.

Refunds for Overcharges: If a technical error causes you to be overcharged for shipping, we will issue a credit for the difference as soon as the error is identified.

Third-Party Carrier Rates: Estimated shipping costs provided by third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS) are subject to adjustment based on final package weight and dimensions.
