Refund Policy
Since all orders are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned. We recommend reviewing the AIG Refund Policy or similar industry standards to understand why custom manufacturing requires strict adherence to proof approvals.
We take pride in our work. If there is a manufacturing error (e.g., incorrect paper stock, mechanical streaks, or binding defects), you must notify us within [2] business days of delivery.
Printing Errors & Defects
Our primary resolution for defects is a reprint of the original order; no changes. Comic Impressions reserves the right to issue a prorated credit (for future projects), rather than reprinting, on any order, especially those where only a small portion of items are damaged. Comic Impressions reserves the right to request documentation of any or all damage as a condition of Credit or reprinting and to investigate claims believed to be fraudulent or unfounded thoroughly. Customers must provide documentation of any damage as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receiving the order to expedite the resolution process. This generally includes clear photographs of the damaged items and packaging and any relevant information requested by Comic Impressions.
Credits/Reprint will not be issued after (3) business days of receiving the products. Claims for damages or misprints must be supported by proof that the issues occurred due to Comic Impressions fault. This includes but is not limited to, clear photographs of the damaged or misprinted items and a detailed description of the issues. In some cases, we may require the return of the entire defective shipment before a reprint or credit is issued.
Shipping & Delivery
Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Carrier Delays: Once a package leaves our facility, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, peak seasons, or USPS/FedEx/UPS/Freight Carrier Issues.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a reprint is required due to our error, we will cover the cost of the replacement shipping.
Non-Credit/Reprint Scenarios
Credits/Reprints will not be issued for the following.
Customer Oversights: Spelling, grammar, two-page spread or layout errors present in the Approved Proof.
File Quality: Low-resolution images that appear pixelated in print.
Color Matching: Slight color shifts between your digital screen and the final printed product.
Missed Deadlines: Orders delayed due to a customer’s late proof approval.
Delayed Notification: Credits/Reprint will not be issued after (3) business days of receiving the products.
Order Cancellations
Processing and Production begin automatically once the order is placed, any cancellation will result in a credit for future work minus the cost of production already done on the current job.

IN NO CASE SHALL ANY CREDIT/REPRINT ISSUED BE FOR MORE THAN THE TOTAL PURCHASE AND SHIPPING COST ORIGINALLY CHARGED.
