Comic Impressions will not be liable for damages arising from or related to your use of the Comic Impressions website or from your use of products purchased via the Comic Impressions website, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict product liability, or any other theory of damages, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy against Comic Impressions for any alleged damages arising from your use of the website and services (including for dissatisfaction with products) is to seek a credit/replacement and/or stop using the website, products, and services.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. By submitting your project to Comic Impressions, you fully warrant and represent, to the maximum extent permitted by law, that your materials do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including any international rights. It is your responsibility, not Comic Impressions, to ensure all materials are in full compliance with such laws. Comic Impressions reserves the right to request proper documentation for any or all material that demonstrates customers have received appropriate authorization to reproduce others’ intellectual property. If any or all of a project is found to be in violation of the intellectual property rights of others, you, and not Comic Impressions, assume all responsibility for such materials, even if Comic Impressions requested proof of authorization and approved the project for printing.

The customer agrees to protect, defend, indemnify, and hold Comic Impressions, its affiliated companies, and their agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and trustees harmless from and against any and all claims (including third-party claims), demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including actual attorney fees, arising from any alleged infringement resulting from the customer’s use of any materials and/or intellectual property or any claims arising as a result of this agreement.
